The picture on the right is closest to the actual size of her face.
Pictures (below) show her being clean up the first day I got her and discovered the lash make-up on the sides of her eyes.. These pictures are to show you why I think that this was factory added eye liner/lashes.. The color is the very same as her freckels and brows.  I am sure it was put there to cover the repair on the one eye.  It is very different and unusual... and I do think she is a one of a kind doll.   As you can see below the doll was filthy dirty when I first got her.
